Modeling and Simulation

Projects have been successfully delivered in the provision of Functional Models, Information Models and Dynamic Models of business and manufacturing systems. Typically these are developed of AS IS and TO BE concepts. The models have been used to predict throughput, productivity, uptime, and other parameters. These data have been used to evaluate designs and minimize risk of implementation. As part of its standard service, Consultleague performs simulation in support of new facilities, major changes in manufacturing/distribution processes or information and control systems. More than thirty total systems simulations have been accomplished in support of materials handling projects since 1982.
