Manufacturing evaluation studies and productivity evaluations have been conducted. These review the clients business environment by creating customer specific data gathering tools and performing management and operating personnel interviews. An in depth analysis of the data results in specific management recommendations. Conclusions have varied from minor changes in business process to entirely new manufacturing and distribution processes and/or organization structures.
